Emailing documents is counterproductive unless they explicitly ask you to.
Orange has no email address to send documents.
The sending of documents when it is done, is done in the course of the treatment of a file.
Your email probably ended up in a trash can. 🗑
If you have documents to send: either you call 3900 and they will tell you the procedure (and it’s up to you to listen), or you make an appointment in a shop and you go there with your documents, everything that allows you to identify yourself (identity card and proof of residence) as well as what makes it possible to identify your contract.
Here, no one will be able to process your request.
