In partnership with France Bleu Gironde, the Department of Gironde invites you from Tuesday April 25 to Saturday April 29, 2023 for a new edition of the market tour. This tour will honor colleges promoting local, organic and short circuit food. Discover the program.
For five days, France Bleu Gironde drops off its suitcases and its studio in a Gironde market to broadcast Isabelle Wagner’s program “La vie en Bleu” live, from 9 to 11 a.m.
During the radio show, the college chefs will join forces with chef Jesus Hurtado: they will have the challenge of cooking with market products with the same budget as a canteen meal for 6 people (50€).
Find us in the markets:
- April 25 in Pessac with the Noës college and chef Karine Poumeau;
- on April 26 in Coutras with the Henri de Navarre college and the chef Duhamel Stacy;

The Department wishes to offer local products for middle and middle school students in its colleges: i.e. 50,000 meals, for a maximum meal price of €2.90 instead of €8. The Department undertakes to cover the difference, ie 65% of the initial price, to facilitate access to half-board. Learn more.
