Eligibility:
- Business creation, development and takeover project.
- Any shareholder of the company.
- Project holder tax resident in France and not registered in the file of incidents of repayment of credits to individuals.
- Any type of business – exclusion of associations.
- Company not operating in the export, agriculture, fishing and aquaculture sectors, real estate development and rental or financial intermediation.
- Company that is not or is not likely to be subject to collective insolvency proceedings.
Amount and terms:
- The loan amount is between 1 000€ et 80 000€ per company.
- Refund on 1 7 years with a grace period between 0 and 18 months.
- In co-financing with one or more honor loans up to a maximum of 1/3 of the total financing provided by honor loans.
- The BPI Création-Reprise honor loan is subject to death and disability insurance.
