A woman starts crossing the street pushing a stroller.
Suddenly, a black car from the opposite side hits the woman.
The vehicle, which was turning left after leaving the alley, stopped after hitting a grandmother and her granddaughter who were crossing the street here.
In the accident, the 3-year-old granddaughter, who was riding in a stroller, suffered serious head injuries and eventually died, while the grandmother suffered injuries to her face and thighs.

Heo Gwang-haeng, chairman of the Gangbuk-gu Council in Seoul, was riding in the accident vehicle, but it was confirmed that he was not driving himself.
The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident, believing that the driver, Mr. Kim, did not see the grandmother and the child.
