It narrates the experiences of a woman with a fat body. From the privacy of her home, she faces the classifying glances with which she lives on a daily basis. What is a body willing to do to belong? Whose body is it really? A one-man show that invites you to reflect on the life of a body “out of the norm”.

A woman is alone in her house. She has just said goodbye to an unexpected visitor. From that moment on, the past and the present intertwine to reconstruct a possible future. Representations, mandates, stereotypes, roles, expectations and decisions in the family environment; maternity, family ties and gender identities unfold on the scene.

Pasha, a chorus girl, is with Nicolai, her lover, in his apartment, when she receives a private visitor: Nicolai’s wife has come to ask him for compassion on her and their children. She also tells him about a crime committed by Nicolai and accuses Pasha for such embezzlement. The work presents the bond between the two women and at the end, as in so many of Chekhov’s works, the vulnerability of the weakest is shown.

Rosa is a fan, “a baby” of Sandro, and she has had a dream all her life: to spend a night with her idol. She is going to seek by all means that her dream comes true. It is when Roberto and Tony appear in her life, who are going to try to fulfill her dream.

Besides, At 11 am at the Municipal Cultural Center, the artist Omar Lopardo will present a book of his own, “El relumbrar. Teatro histórico”, which has advice from Hugo Chumbita and a prologue by Luis Sáenz.
