“Disturbing Footage Reveals Lack of Tolerance and Responsibility in Traffic Accident”

What makes an impression:

1. A gray car – probably a Mazda – comes out of the Red Building labeled “Car Wash”. Another car (black) driving down the street pulls over and stops, obscuring the visibility of those coming behind it, so that a vehicle exits from the front of the building’s parking lot. The gray car takes the right of way from the green bus moving on the road with priority, and in order to avoid a head-on collision, the driver of the bus takes a rescue maneuver and causes an accident by hitting a street light pole and subsequently a tree. Officially, according to the Ministry of the Interior, the green bus “self-crashed”

2. After the traffic accident, no other driver stops to help the victim. The gray – guilty car even leaves. Only 2-3 minutes later, people from the apartment building went to the victim in the bus.

Ambulances and firefighters arrived at 12 minutes.

According to ZDvP: Art. 124. A driver of a motor vehicle, who is not a participant in a traffic accident, when he arrives at the scene of the accident, according to the need, is obliged to:

– to take measures to ensure the safety of traffic and provide assistance to the injured, if this does not pose a danger to him;

– to notify about the accident the authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the administration of the municipality in whose territory the accident took place, if people were injured in the accident.
