With the recipe for quick oatmeal crossies, you can transform your leftover Easter chocolate, just like all the Easter eggs, into something new. For example, in a delicious snack for those with a sweet tooth, who would certainly not say yes to these no-bake biscuit pudding slices. And to be honest, what could be better than combining chocolate and oatmeal to create crunchy crossies?

That’s how it’s done:
You need these ingredients:
- 300 g Easter Bunny chocolate, cut into pieces
- 60 grams of sugar
- 60 ml milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 300 grams of rolled oats

The preparation is so easy:
- In a water bath, heat the chocolate, sugar, milk, vanilla sugar and butter, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
- Add the chocolate glaze to the oatmeal in a bowl and fold in until all the oatmeal is covered with chocolate.
- Then use two tablespoons to form small portions and place them next to each other on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Leave to cool for an hour.
