“Staying Up Late Increases Risk of Health Problems and Death, Study Shows”

RBG.ID – People who often stay up late are more likely to die than those who don’t stay up late.

Staying up late also causes a number of health problems, including diabetes, neurobiological disorders and psychological diseases.

In this case study, 433,268 UK adults were followed for an average of 6.5 years. As a result, more than 10,000 people surveyed died, and the researchers found that 10% of those who died were those who liked to stay up late.

Looking at screens too late or at night can affect the quality and quantity of sleep.

1. High Blood Sugar

A 2015 study found that people who often sleep late are more likely to have high blood sugar problems.

However, the results were that women surveyed who often stayed up late tended to have high blood sugar levels. High blood sugar is also often referred to as hyperglycemia.
