According to Sergeyev, the daily portion of products should not exceed 150 grams. This is quite enough to rejuvenate the brain and strengthen the body. Green vegetables have a beneficial effect on the respiratory system, blood vessels, endocrine system and digestion. They also have an anti-inflammatory effect and purify the blood.
