Saudi Arabia announces a program to break the fast of fasting people in Mauritania

Al-Ahbar (Nouakchott) The Saudi authorities announced the organization of a program to break the fast for fasting people and distribute dates in Mauritania.

The Saudi ambassador to Nouakchott, Muhammad al-Balawi, Muhammad bin Abed al-Balawi, participated in the inauguration of the programme.

This program is being implemented under the supervision of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in cooperation with the Saudi Embassy in Nouakchott.

The Saudi ambassador said that the embassy “is honored to launch these programmes,” noting that the program of breaking the fast and distributing dates “expresses building bridges of love and brotherhood with brotherly peoples in various parts of the world.”

In turn, the imam of the Saudi mosque in Nouakchott, Ahmed Weld Lamrabet, thanked the Saudi authorities for organizing this program, praising the support that he said that Saudi Arabia provides to Mauritania.
