A driver was caught in Ireland for speeding at almost 200kph, which is twice the legal speed limit in the area, according to Gardai. The incident occurred on the N13 a few days ago, with the driver recording a speed of 195kph. Despite the busy road, the driver was not stopped at the time, but following inquiries by Gardai, a person was arrested, charged and will be summoned to appear in court. The Garda spokesperson who made this announcement also pleaded with drivers to exercise caution, saying that speeding endangered the lives of motorists and non-motorists alike.
