Boston advances as a huge favorite in the NHL playoffs which start on the night of Monday to Tuesday. The Bruins flew over the debates in the regular season, amassing 135 points in 82 games. On the Swiss side, all eyes will be on the Devils.
The Bruins rely on a plethoric workforce, led by Czech David Pastrnak (113 points), veterans Brad Marchand and Patrice Bergeron or solid defender Hampus Lindholm. They can also count on two very high-level doormen.
Boston has been waiting for a Stanley Cup since its 6th title in 2011. Since then, the Bruins have failed twice in the final (2013 and 2019). Their 1st round against the Florida Panthers will be a test.

The Devils a little tender?
New Jersey returns to the playoffs for the first time since 2018. Brilliant in attack (80 points, personal best), solid defensively, the Valaisan Nico Hischier perfectly symbolizes the rise of the Newark franchise, which has thwarted all the predictions so far.
The youth of its workforce, however, could prove prohibitive in the playoffs. Nico Hischier, Timo Meier, Jonas Siegenthaler and Akira Schmid will have to pull out all the stops against the New York Rangers, their eternal rivals.
