The development of processing is a strategic goal – Government Courier

Since the beginning of 2023, 61 processing enterprises have received grants from the state for development in the total amount of 282 million hryvnias. This was announced by the First Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Economy, Yuliya Svyridenko.

“The development of processing is a strategic goal of the government, we are investing in this direction in order to manufacture and export more finished products with a greater share of added value. Through the eRobota grant programs, we provide financial support to processing enterprises in order to activate the work of the industry. Since the beginning of this year, 61 processing enterprises have received grants from the state for a total of 282 million hryvnias. By developing business, entrepreneurs will create almost 900 jobs,” said Yuliya Svyridenko.

Under the grant program for processing enterprises “New Level”, entrepreneurs can receive a grant of up to 8 million hryvnias for business development. A mandatory condition for the provision of funds is the creation of new jobs by the recipient of the grant, in particular, he must create more than 25 jobs.

In 2022, 178 entrepreneurs received grants for the development of processing enterprises for almost a billion hryvnias.
