Logically, he should find himself in the AAA caliber soon and adapt his pace against more seasoned hitters. The next step according to John Schneider may be a call back to Toronto to come and lend a hand to the pitching staff in place with the big club.
What impresses the Jays manager most about Tiedemann is his maturity and attention to detail. According to Schneider, he is already acting as a Major League pitcher and he likes that a lot.

The track record of the third-round pick in the 2021 draft speaks for itself: since making his debut in the Blue Jays branch system, Tiedemann is posting a 2.17 ERA in 78 innings and two thirds.
Unfortunately for him, he couldn’t fully assert himself at the last training camp in Florida, being bothered by shoulder pain.
