“Theatrical Journey of Līga: From Childhood to Improvisational Show ‘Spidiens'”

Liga is the youngest in a family of three daughters. The jubilee remembers how she went everywhere with her middle sister. As a child, the girl was a “fluffy child”. “I was quite unhappy in kindergarten. The teachers snickered because I was sulking all the time, ready to cry. In the last year of kindergarten, I took on a different role. Even then, I really liked to entertain others. During Diendusa, I walked along the bed rail, read poems. The teachers were not happy. At that time, I started attending folk dance classes, step by step the stage enticed me,” says Līga.
The love of the stage was later strengthened by extracurricular activities – the school prepared plays, concerts and various performances before the holidays. During his high school years, Līga attended an acting studio for a couple of years. One way or another, she found her way to the stage – since 2010, she has been a member of the improvisational show “Spidiens”. “I think it won’t be a lie that most of those involved in the improvisation show still want to be actors. Everyone has had or has such a dream. I also tried to become an actor, but it didn’t work out. I wanted to quit, but a couple of years later the opportunity to go on stage found me.” A colleague Līga invited to the theater created by stage artists – the club “Hamlet”. After some time, some guys created their own association called “Spidiens”, in which they invited the League to act as well.
