False Alarm: Burnt Sausage Rolls Cause Smoke Scare in Boxtel Home

The fire brigade was called this afternoon because of a fire in a sheltered house on the Zusterpad in Boxtel. However, there was no fire. The resident had heated up sausage rolls, but they were burnt. That caused quite a bit of smoke. The residents have been checked by employees of the ambulance service. It smelled pretty bad on the street. Windows and doors were opened to ventilate the house.
