Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Kimia Farma Apotek (KFA) simultaneously opened 9 pharmacies with a new concept. The opening of the nine pharmacies was carried out randomly hybrid at Kimia Farma Sunter Pharmacy, North Jakarta, on Friday (14/4/2023).
Main Director of KFA, Agus Chandra said the opening of the nine new pharmacies was KFA’s effort to expand its business and network throughout the country to get closer in providing health products and services to the community.
The new concept offered is pharmaceutical services and product expansion or new concept of pharmacy and merchandising, to provide improved health services to the public.
“With this new concept, KFA not only provides medicines, but also beauty products, baby & child care, personal caremedical devices, and other health products that are in demand by the public,” said Agus in the Grand Opening of Kimia Farma Sunter 2 Pharmacy, Friday (14/4/2023).
He added that previously, KFA had a very strong image as a pharmacy providing medicines image “Remember Medicine, Remember Kimia Farma”, changed to “Remember Healthy, Remember Kimia Farma” after this new concept.
“These changes will not only be felt in nine pharmacies, but also evenly across all Kimia Farma Pharmacies throughout Indonesia,” he added.
Meanwhile, the Main Director of PT Kimia Farma Tbk David Utama hopes that the retail transformation carried out by KFA can make Kimia Farma Pharmacy the main destination for people to look for health products.
“This is our (Kimia Farma) way of responding to the high demand for quality, safe, complete and varied health products with the best service,” he explained.
With this new concept, later all KFA services can also be accessed online and can be delivered directly to the customer’s home. During the promotional period, KFA provides free delivery services within a 5 km radius.
Apart from the KF Sunter Pharmacy, eight other pharmacies were opened namely KF 555 Cidodol Jakarta Pharmacy, KF Express KM 260 Pharmacy Banjaratma Brebes, KF Rau Pharmacy Cilegon, KF Sungai Danau Pharmacy Banjarmasin, KF Alam Sutera 2 Pharmacy Tangerang, KF Kamonji Pharmacy Palu, KF Pharmacy 26 Diponegoro Surabaya, and KF Sultan Iskandar Muda Pharmacy Nagan Raya Banda Aceh.
