(ANSA) – UDINE, APR 13 – Destiny Udogie, defender of Udinese, will be fined by the Italian club for the accident in which he was unharmed on the night of Wednesday to Thursday and in which he caused estimated damages of thousands of euros to a bar from Udine.
Udinese issued a note to inform that Udogie “had no consequences and trained normally with the squad under the orders of DT (Andrea) Sottil” and added that “as established in the internal regulations, he will be sanctioned with a measure provided for in these regulations”.
Udogie, who arrived at Udinese on loan from Tottenham, crashed his car into the tables of a bar located on the street after losing control of the vehicle, after which he was subjected to a breathalyzer test whose result is unknown.
Udogie’s car, 20 years old and a member of the Italian Under-21 team, also hit another vehicle parked in that area and whose windows were destroyed after an umbrella from one of those tables was hit. (ANSA).
