Since 10 a.m. on Friday April 14, the Keolis Operations Assistance Service (SAE) has been malfunctioning. In particular, the SAE allows the geo-location of buses, communication between the PC and the drivers, emergency calls in the event of an attack or incident, etc.
If, at first, the drivers had been invited to return to the depot, relaunching the system had made it possible to return to normal.
However, shortly before noon, a new bug in the SAE led to a new order to return to the driver’s depot until the breakdown was resolved.
