Peek & Cloppenburg to Open Second Store in Latvia with 4.3 Million Euro Investment

By investing 4.3 million euros, the clothing retailer “Peek & Cloppenburg” SIA will open a store in the “Domina Shopping” shopping center, the representatives of the shopping center inform.

The new store, which is planned to be opened in autumn, will be the second “Peek & Cloppenburg” store in Latvia.

“The fact that this German fashion retailer with more than 160 stores across Europe has become our tenant is also a clear signal to other market players, which indicates that Domina Shopping’s growth continues to gain momentum, but the range of buyers is becoming even wider,” says Dina Bunce, director of t/c “Domina Shopping”.

In total, this year “Peek & Cloppenburg” plans to open ten new stores and restore operations in three sales locations. Along with the store in Riga, “Peek & Cloppenburg” will also open new stores in Romania and the Czech Republic.

In 2022, “Peek & Cloppenburg” in Latvia worked with a turnover of 9.612 million euros, which is 63.2% more than the year before, but the company’s profit decreased by 13.3% and was 750,834 euros.

The company “Peek & Cloppenburg” was registered in May 2007, and its share capital is 3.5 million euros. The sole owner of the company is the company “Peek & Cloppenburg Holding” registered in the Netherlands.

Peek & Cloppenburg is a family-run fashion company headquartered in Düsseldorf and Vienna.
