Developing utopias against resignation and the feeling of helplessness in the face of war, rising prices and inflation are important for a society. What could our “desired country” look like? In order to conceive of today’s utopias, it helps to take a look at history, at realized and failed utopias. Professor Stefan Selke, sociologist at Furtwangen University, describes the never-ending search for the dream country.
