This year the parade will be directed by Jonathan Amaro, specialized in the organization of events, galas and shows, who highlighted the involvement of the participating women and men, “many of the women combine their treatment in the hospital with rehearsals for the parade, which has also served them as disconnection therapy”. “It supposes a great effort for all the people who parade, since they are not professionals, but they put their soul into it, and that shows and that is how the public will feel it,” he added.
This year’s edition will feature the collaboration of well-known artists such as Marcela Kauffman, multidisciplinary artist, actress, television presenter, artistic director, make-up artist and trans activist; the singer Tere Melian; the International Dance Ballet of Tenerife; Servando and Panchita (In another key); and the Comparsa Bahía Bahitiare.
