Instead of sympathizing with her and compensating for her mother’s absence, the father took advantage of his wife’s absence from the house due to family disputes, and raped his daughter several times after drugging her with narcotic drugs.
The above was not a movie scene, but an incident that actually occurred in one of the villages in the Sharkia governorate, and the court ruled that the father and the uncle be imprisoned for 25 years.
The victim is “Samah – 14 years old”, while the accused are her father and his brother.
16 years ago, “MM.” (43 years old – unemployed) married “Warda”, a housewife two years younger than him, and they resided in the husband’s family’s home in one of the villages of Belbeis Center in Sharkia Governorate. They had five children (two sons and 3 daughters).
The life of the family was stable, the father works in the field of construction, while the mother is a housewife.
One day, while the father was returning from work, he had a traffic accident that left him with fractures and became unable to work. Over time, the father became acquainted with bad companions, so he became addicted to drugs and became a constant abuser of his wife and children.
The mother could not bear her husband’s continuous assaults, and demanded a divorce, but he refused and pounced on her, causing her various injuries and bruises on her body, forcing her to leave the house and live in her father’s residence in a village adjacent to her husband’s.
The mother tried to take her children to live with her, but her husband refused, “I will deprive you of your children and you will never see them again,” according to the mother.
The father, his brother and his mother live with his five children in the marital home.
At first, the uncle Khalo took advantage of the house and harassed his niece, Samah. When she screamed for help to the neighbors, he beat her and threatened to kill her if anyone reported what happened.
Eagerly, Samah waited for her father to return home. She fell in his arms crying and told him what happened from his brother, “her uncle”, but he did not show anything, and he gave her an anesthetic drug after he deluded her that it was a cure for headaches.
Repeatedly, the little girl tried to escape from the house and go to her mother to tell her what happened, but the father always refused, so she gave up.
One day, while the father was molesting his daughter as usual, his cousin, the “aunt of the child”, saw him, asking her about what had happened. The child told her everything, “My father is sleeping with me.” The woman was shocked by what the child had told her, and she told her mother, “You must take your daughter to a gynecologist.”
The mother and her child went to the obstetrician-gynecologist; To sign a medical examination: “Your daughter has been sexually assaulted more than once.”
The mother confronted her husband about what their daughter told them and what the doctor said. The father denied everything and offered his daughter to marry the daughter of his brother, the “second accused”, but the child refused and insisted on issuing a report of the incident.
A report was issued on the incident, and the police arrested the father and the uncle, and the Public Prosecution referred them to the Zagazig Criminal Court, which issued its decision to life imprisonment for the accused for a period of 25 years.
