Specialist lawyer shows what you have to do – and what you should not do

When considering structuring the estate, the first question that arises for everyone is: who should be considered: family, friends – maybe also a non-profit organization? It is then more difficult to deal with the question of how to implement it.
The BürgerStiftung Region Ahrensburg informs with “inheritance and wills“, which design options are available and how you can use them so that the estate arrives “in the right place” according to your own wishes.
The lecturer is lawyer and notary Stefan Dehns. He explains the basic concepts of inheritance law, the legal succession and design options in the will. He also addresses tax issues and sensible formulations. He is available for additional questions. The event is aimed at citizens who deal with these questions in concrete terms. Stefan Dehns is a lawyer and notary in Bargteheide.
“The response to our inheritance law day has shown the great interest,” says Dr. Michael Eckstein, Chairman of the Citizens’ Foundation: “With the information evening inheritance and wills we want to give interested people concrete tips on how best to proceed.”
Inheritance and Willsnt will take place on April 27th, 2023, 6 p.m. in the museum gymnasium of the Stormarn School, Waldstraße 14, 22926 Ahrensburg. Participation is free after confirmed registration, donations are welcome.
