As part of the Moscow team, Maxim Sorkin scored, who opened the scoring in the 13th second of the meeting. Also scored by Konstantin Okulov and Darren Dietz.
CSKA won the series with a score of 4-2 and reached the final of the Gagarin Cup, where they will play against Ak Bars.
