During a heated session of deputies in Congress, Celeste Amarilla threw a large number of bills, supposedly false, at Basilio Núñez’s face.
The event occurred this Tuesday, during the intermission period in the session in the Lower House, when the legislator was retiring and her colleague was still sitting on his bench.
This occurred after the deputy accused the opposition of billing with the NGOs and stating that USD 30,000 was billed in the last elections. For his part, deputy Carlos López, president of the Lower House, affirmed that they will analyze whether he deserves a sanction against the legislator.
