“Zayed Humanitarian Work Day: A Momentous National Celebration according to Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi”

Ras Al Khaimah, April 11, WAM/ Sheikh Eng. Salem bin Sultan bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al Khaimah, affirmed that Zayed Humanitarian Day is a great national occasion, which we are keen to revive by launching charitable initiatives, to complete the process of humanitarian giving.

Sheikh Salem Al Qasimi said, “The charity exhibition initiative comes to make cancer patients and their families happy, through collective breakfast as one family, in continuation of the legacy of the homeland of happiness and brotherhood, and the noble values, which constitute a major component of the components of the path of success, progress and prosperity in the homeland of Zayed the Good.”

This came during the “Love and Loyalty for Zayed Giving” initiative, organized by the Emirates Cancer Society as part of the association’s activities to celebrate Zayed Humanitarian Day, which included a group breakfast for cancer patients and their families, and the opening of the charity exhibition for Eid and Eid clothing for more than 360 beneficiary families.

The presentation was attended by His Excellency Dr. Salem bin Rakkad Al-Amiri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, Mahra Muhammad bin Saray, Director of the Association’s office in Ras Al-Khaimah, businessmen, institutions and supporting parties.

His Excellency Dr. Salem bin Rakkad said that the event carries a humanitarian message to support people with cancer, as part of our celebrations of Zayed Humanitarian Work Day, in which we remember the highest meanings of giving to the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, “May God rest his soul in peace”, who, with his thought and humanitarian initiatives, laid the foundations for work. charitable and humanitarian, so that history records its immortal human fingerprints in preserving human rights and working to make them happy through initiatives that state institutions are keen to implement.
