Abel Ferreira, the trainer of the Brazilian Palmeiras, thinks that Erik ten Hag should ‘keep his mouth shut’. The Dutch manager recently complained about Manchester United’s schedule, but Ferreira is not pleased.
Marcus Rashford was injured at Man United last weekend. As a result, Ten Hag complained about the busy week his team had had. That has gone down the wrong way with Ferreira. “Brazilian football is great, but some things are inhumane,” the Portuguese coach said the Brazilian branch of ESPN.
“We play nine games in one month… The manager of Manchester United (Ten Hag, ed.) recently complained about Rashford’s injury, which was allegedly caused by the large number of games,” Ferreira continues. “I would like to tell him that we will play nine games a month in the coming period. He must keep his mouth shut because he does not know what he is saying.”
