TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia (DCVI) presents the 2023 Lebaran homecoming service. The 2023 Lebaran Rescue program will take effect April 17-29 2023.
DCVI will provide a 24-hour homecoming service for Mercedes-Benz bus consumers so that travelers can comfortably and safely return to their hometowns.
“DCVI workshops can be accessed on the Ministry of Transportation’s web and mobile application called Mitra Darat which contains information on going home, locations of homecoming posts, workshops, along with their telephone numbers,” said DCVI President Director Naeem Hassim, quoted today, Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
DCVI will also add Mercedes-Benz bus service points this year up to 11 points, an increase compared to 2022 which only has six rescue points.
Increasing the 2023 Lebaran homecoming rescue point is DCVI’s effort to ensure all facilities and services for customers. Service points will provide promo facilities and services, such as free inspection fees and emergency services, which consist of:
1. Free on the spot inspection
2. Technical support
3. Other after-sales service for 24 hours.
Daimler Indonesia also provides consulting services and technical support, free of charge for technicians for emergency services, as well as checking the health of Mercedes-Benz bus engines.
Naeem Hassim explained that Daimler car dealers will prepare 18 standby personnel at 7 standby workshop points and 15 personnel at 4 service points.
DCVI checking technology uses Star Diagnosis and ECU SPACE. Service cars are prepared by dealers to fulfill requests for spare parts or other technical equipment.
