The Russian State Duma intends to legalize electronic agendas and equate them with paper ones, deviators will not be able to leave the country.
Details: It is proposed to keep traditional paper summonses and notifications through the employer, as well as to introduce notifications by recommended mail and their duplication in electronic form.
It is assumed that if a recruit pretends not to receive a summons, he will be obliged to voluntarily appear at the military commissariat within two weeks during the next draft.
If the recruit does not do this, he will receive a notification digitally signed by the military commissar that travel restrictions are being introduced and other restrictive measures will follow.
In the event that the conscript does not appear again, then, as Russian legislators say, in 20 days he will be banned from driving, concluding real estate transactions, registering individual entrepreneurs and taking loans.
What came before: At the end of March, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on spring conscription, which will traditionally begin on April 1 and last until July 15. It is planned to recruit 147 thousand people into the Russian army.
