The local government of Taytay in the Philippines has pledged to continue to help the victims of two recent fires that hit communities in Barangay San Juan and Barangay Dolores in Rizal province. The provincial government is processing financial and burial assistance for the families of the seven individuals who died in the Easter Eve fire in Barangay San Juan. Meanwhile, the provincial government has already sent food packs and hygiene kits to the more than 60 families whose homes were destroyed in the two blazes. A youth organization in Dolores is soliciting donations for the fire victims.
