A teenager named David Brown died after a quad bike accident in Laois, Ireland on Easter Sunday. The police are investigating.

A teenage boy named David Brown died in a quad bike accident in Laois on Easter Sunday. The incident occurred in a wooded area near Emo village, and emergency services and gardaí were called to the scene at 2pm. Brown, aged 15 and a keen sportsman, had played for the Laois hurling team in the Celtic Challenge competition the previous day, and had also played against Antrim on the Laois minor hurling panel that Friday. Brown’s brother Conor is a member of Laois senior football team and his father James works as a painting contractor and as a member of Laois Fire Services. Brown, who attended Portlaoise CBS, had played on both the football and hurling teams. Tributes have been paid to the teenager, who is survived by his family.
