A customer experienced a real nightmare in one of the large grocery stores in Plovdiv and more specifically in the “Yuzhen” area. This was announced by the woman herself with a post on the social network yesterday.
Here is her short story:
“People, don’t rely on the luggage lockers at Kaufland! My luggage was stolen yesterday without knowing the code! I requested a video from the cameras. They saw a middle-aged man and that’s it, and they have to be responsible!”
I filed a complaint with the First Police Station and we’ll see… The policeman said that the trunks open very easily! I’m sure nothing will happen, the police didn’t want me to file a complaint! I’ll drink some cold water…”
