“Inauguration of Hyper-Modern Military Hospital in Congo by Supreme Commander of FARDC and National Police”

The Supreme Commander of the FARDC and the National Police, this Saturday April 8, 2023, cut the symbolic ribbon in front of the main entrance of the military hospital of the Republican Guard of the Colonel Tshatshi camp in the commune of Ngaliema,
This hyper-modern hospital is primarily intended to provide health care to elements of the Republican Guard and their dependents, but it will also accommodate local residents who would like to be treated there.
This hospital center built by the company SAFRIMEX with funding from BCECO, is equipped with modern equipment for its various services including hemodialysis, the operating room, medical imaging, comfortable hospitalization rooms, a biomedical analysis laboratory and a large auditorium.
The President of the Republic visited several of these departments and ended with the signing of the new hospital’s visitors’ book before going on foot to the fully renovated officers’ mess.
Four speeches punctuated this grandiose ceremony with, successively, the speeches of Major General Ephraim Kabi, commander of the Republican Guard, of the Director General of BCECO, Jean Mabi, of Doctor Mbuyu, medical director of this hospital, and of the Minister of Public Health, Hygiene and Prevention, Doctor Roger Kamba.
All thanked the Head of State for this social work which contributes to the improvement of the health of the soldiers in particular and the population in general.
In addition to the cream of senior army and national police officers, several political personalities were present at this inauguration ceremony, including the President of the Senate, Modeste Bahati Lukwebo, the Prime Minister, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde, the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense and Veterans Affairs, Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo.
