Lech Poznań recently advanced to the quarter-finals of the Conference League. The team from the capital of Wielkopolska defeated Djurgardens IF in the 1/8 finals of the European Cup. Despite this, “Kolejorz” on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, provided disturbing information about Bartosz Salamon.

It turned out that sample A of the anti-doping test carried out on the Polish representative after the rematch of the Conference League with Djurgardens IF gave a positive result and showed the presence of chlorthalidone in the player’s body.
Roman Kosecki spoke on this topic in the “Cafe Futbol” program.
– You don’t think there’s a lot of talk about this case? After all, they play in European cups, he is a representative of Poland. There is also a Pole in the anti-doping federation. Normally, the entire team was tested. This is what happens in cycling, for example,’ he said.
The former Polish representative also commented on the attitude of the central defender in the match between Poland and Albania.
– I’m not saying that he did something, because it may soon turn out that there is no case here. It’s a bit weird though. I praised him a lot after the match of the Polish national team. He stood out against Albania, kept the entire defense and was missing against the Czech Republic. And here’s a meatloaf, he said.
Kosecki stressed that such situations cannot take place.
“But if it turns out that there’s really something to it, then things like this can’t happen.” This hits all Polish football. We experienced one big corruption scandal in Poland. We’re slowly getting out of this. Lech is doing great in European cups. We must keep our finger on the pulse so that Polish football is well perceived – he summed up.
