This Pune shopkeeper Alphonso Mango has taken out an offer to sell on EMI through credit and debit cards.

However, to make the Alphonso affordable, a common dealer in Pune is offering them on EMI. In a conversation with news agency ANI, mango seller Gaurav Sanas said, ‘After Kovid, it was seen that due to the high price of Alphonso, people were losing interest. That’s why we started this scheme of giving mangoes on EMI to bring back the customers. The price of mangoes at my shop is between ₹ 600-1300 per dozen. People can get it on EMI through credit and debit cards.

Sonas is in the mango business for the last 12 years and exclusively sells Hapus. He has installed a POS machine of a fintech company, which also converts the bill amount on his credit card and some debit cards into 3 to 18 EMIs.
