Tensions escalated as the excited crowd belted out the hit “I Will Always Love you”
Several people were escorted out by police during a performance of the musical “The Bodyguard” in Manchester. The reason – they refused to stop singing and defied the strict rules of the theater hall.

Shocking footage shows the moment a woman was forcibly removed from Manchester’s Palace Theater by riot police.
According to eyewitnesses, the performance ended prematurely after the audience loudly sang the hit “I Will Always Love you”, which was performed by Whitney Houston in the film of the same name.

The show was stopped in the first act because of several people who got excited during the musical and invited the performers to the stage with their whole throats. A short time later, the actors returned and the performance continued, but just 10 minutes later the curtain came down as police arrived to subdue the rowdy crowd.
Eyewitnesses claim that fights and “small riots” broke out in the hall, the local media “Manchester Evening News” reports.
