Herno announces historic change of direction with new managing director appointment

Historic change of direction at Herno. Brand owner Claudio Marenzi is stepping down from operations and appointing his right-hand man Gabriele Baldinotti as managing director (equivalent to chief executive) of the transalpine luxury outerwear company. A company note issued on April 5 confirms the handover.

Gabriele Baldinotti was one of the actors in the relaunch of the brand in 2005, when Claudio Marenzi decided to focus on Herno, projecting the family business, founded in 1948 by his parents Giuseppe Marenzi and Alessandra Diana, into a dimension international.
