The winners of the World Car of the Year 2023 award have been announced. Moreover, the electric car became the winner and the most “worldwide” car this year. How informs today the publication “ZaRulem”, we are talking about the Hyundai Ioniq 6.
The electric car was evaluated for many advanced features. Experts also noted its design.
Hyundai Ioniq 6 is ahead of very powerful competitors – BMW X1 / iX1 and Kia Niro. EADaily recalls that in 2022, the car of the Hyundai brand, the Ioniq 5 model, was also recognized as the best in the same award.
In the premium segment, the winner was a car that is practically unknown on the Russian market – Lucid Air. The model outperformed the BMW 7 Series and the Genesis G90. Experts recognized Citroen C3 as the best city car, leaving behind Volkswagen Taigo/Nivus and ORA Funky Cat/Haomao.
