“Stability Support” arrests a suspect in fraud cases

The Stabilization Support Service announced the arrest of a suspect in several fraud cases.

According to a communication to the agency on its official Facebook page, Nesma’s office in the Stability Support Agency was able to arrest a Libyan citizen (A.A.Z), born in 1973 and a resident of the western region, in connection with many cases of fraud and fraud against citizens in various Libyan cities. Refer it to the Department of Investigation and Evidence Collection.

The agency stated that the most prominent of these issues are:

  • A fraud incident against the complainant (A.A.B) in the amount of 11,000 Libyan dinars, Al Maya Police Station
  • A fraud incident against the complainant (A.R.D) in the amount of 10,000 Libyan dinars, Gharyan Police Station
  • The incident of theft of a Mercedes car from the complainant (KHA), Al-Khoms Police Station
  • The incident of theft of a Ford car from the complainant (G.A.A), Tajoura Police Station
  • The incident of theft of household furniture from the complainant (K.S.K), Qasr Al-Akhyar Police Station
  • A fraud incident against the complainant (A.S.) in the amount of 5,000 Libyan dinars, Qasr Al-Akhyar Police Station
  • Several fraud incidents at Al-Sabri Police Station in Benghazi, in addition to many other fraud incidents

The necessary legal measures were taken and the suspect was referred to the Public Prosecution for action.
