In the civil applications, the Court of First Instance ruled that the defendants, “AA”, “HQ” and “MM”, jointly pay civil compensation for the amounts paid to the civil claimants.
The amounts paid that the court ordered to be paid to the benefit of the civil rights claimants, who numbered 65 victims, amounted to about one billion centimeters, with the amount of compensation ranging between 3 million and 55 million centimeters, each according to the financial amount that he paid to the Ouadadia.
This ruling comes after complaints submitted by a group of citizens, including residents of the Diaspora, accusing members of the Wadadia Residential Office in Nador of defrauding them after they received important sums of money from them in order to benefit from residential apartments, before they were surprised by the closure of the Wadadia and its managers disappearing from view without fulfilling their contracts. .
The victims of this group had previously established an organization under the name “Association of Victims of Wadadia Abd al-Karim al-Khattabi”, where they organized vigils in front of the headquarters of the Court of First Instance in order to demand the arrest of the defendant and speed up their trial.
