Three traffic management schemes will be applied during the 2023 Eid al-Fitr exodus period along the Trans-Java Toll Road.

The Indonesian Transportation Ministry, Traffic Corps of the National Police, and the Public Works and Public Housing Ministry have announced three traffic management schemes along the Trans-Java Toll Road for the 2023 Eid al-Fitr exodus period. The three schemes include a one-way scheme, a contraflow scheme, and an odd-even vehicle plate number restriction scheme. These schemes will be applied simultaneously during the homecoming period and two return periods. The one-way scheme will be implemented during the homecoming period from April 18-20, 2023, starting from KM 72 of the Cikampek Toll Gate to KM 414 of the Kalikangkung Toll Gate. The contraflow scheme will be implemented from KM 47 of the West Karawang Toll Gate to KM 72 of the Cikampek Toll Gate concurrently with the one-way scheme. The odd-even vehicle plate number restriction scheme will be implemented from KM 47 of the West Karawang Toll Gate to KM 414 of the Kalikangkung Toll Gate. These schemes aim to manage traffic flow during the exodus period and ensure the safety of travelers.
