Your missions in a nutshell
Context
The regional health project, which defines the multi-annual objectives of the regional health agency in its areas of competence, consists of:
– A strategic orientation framework established for 10 years (COS);
– A regional health plan drawn up for 5 years (SRS);
– A regional program for access to prevention and care for the most deprived people (PRAPS).
In 2023, the regional health plan and the PRAPS will expire and the ARS must develop a new version which will have to take into account the major health issues in Ile de France for the next 5 years, in close collaboration with the various ARS departments and in consultation with all the players in the agency’s ecosystem (health professionals, elected officials, users, etc.) and health democracy bodies. This project must be published before November 1, 2023.
Job objectives
Under the supervision of the Director of the Regional Health Project (PRS), the intern will be responsible for supporting her in finalizing the work to develop the strategic orientation framework, the regional health plan and the PRAPS.
The position is to be filled from April 2023.
Missions
The project manager will be responsible for providing support to the director of the PRS on the following projects:
– The finalization of the development of the PRS 2018-2023 until its publication before November 1, 2023: preparation of working meetings, note taking and summary of the various productions; support for the proofreading and drafting of the final version of the PRS.
– The management, coordination and animation of the team of pilots of the strategic axes of the regional health plan and the PRAPS, and coordination with the various business departments and departmental delegations of the Agency.
– Preparing meetings with health democracy bodies (CRSA and territorial health councils (CTS)).
– The organization of the consultation on the PRS (creation and follow-up of the consultation platform; organization of a seminar of restitution of the work for the attention of the partners (CRSA, CTS, Elected officials, Federations, URPS, Local authorities, Education National, …) and support for animation.
– The preparation of the PRS for the sending to the compulsory consultations and the taking into account of the opinions which will be transmitted at the end.
– The follow-up and coordination of several communication projects on the PRS in connection with the communication department of the Agency (design of the final version of the PRS, creation of a “communicating” brochure on the PRS, updating of the website, interviews, etc.).
– The preparation of the implementation and follow-up of the PRS after its publication.
– Monitoring the progress of work within the set deadlines (follow-up of dashboards, reporting).
– Monitoring of the PRS budget in conjunction with the Agency’s general secretariat.
Required profile
Higher education training such as Science Po, EHESP, Grandes Ecoles de Commerce, ENS, etc.
Student at the end of the course (end-of-study internship, gap year) / Minimum Master 2

Nature of the position sought = Internship
The project manager reports to the Director of the Regional Health Project and will work in close collaboration with:
– The other departments of DIRNOV;
– Business departments and departmental delegations; the management of resource allocation and steering and with the team in charge of the “Regional Investment Strategy” project;
– La mission « transformation interne » ;
– The “health democracy” department and the “information and communication” pole.
