The musician, bassist, “Sheikh Salah Bin Al Badia,” the son of the great artist, Salah Bin Al Badia, passed away after a short illness.
The late played the guitar with his father’s band for many years. He was known for mysticism, piety, and good treatment with his colleagues.
A large number of his fellow musicians mourned him, including the Shafi’i musician Sheikh Idris, who had a close relationship with the late, saying: (The mourner mourned for us today the passing of our beloved brother, Sheikh Salah bin Al-Badia, the Sufi and beautiful musician. He played the guitar with his late father, Salah bin Al-Badia for years, and his companions in Cairo and Khartoum.
