Questioned this Monday by TF1info about these images, the public prosecutor of Nice, Xavier Bonhomme, tells us that “error excepted and subject to verification”, the video shows “acts committed at Les Moulins on March 24”. That day, says the magistrate, “shots were heard and there were no injuries”.
Two people were arrested in flagrante delicto – a minor and an adult – but are not directly involved in the shootings, according to the investigations carried out. They were referred, indicted and placed under judicial supervision within the framework of a judicial investigation opened on March 27 by the head of “criminal association with a view to the commission of a murder in an organized gang”. The investigation was handed over to the federal police. It is not known at this stage whether the weapons used by the criminals that day were fake or not.
