The two sides discussed regional and international developments in Jeddah

Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, met Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, at the Suhoor table, in Jeddah, yesterday. During the meeting, they reviewed the close and historical bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, the prospects for joint cooperation, and ways to enhance and develop it in various fields, in addition to discussing developments in the regional and international situations and the efforts made towards them, in addition to discussing all issues of common concern.
President Al-Sisi expressed his gratitude for meeting the Saudi Crown Prince, and said in a tweet on his Twitter account: “I was pleased to meet my brother, His Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and as I express my gratitude and appreciation for the good reception and hospitality, I affirm the depth and durability of Bilateral relations between Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” he added, “I look forward to developing and strengthening them in all fields, in a way that achieves the common interests of our two countries and the great aspirations of our peoples.”
The Egyptian President had arrived in Jeddah earlier, on Sunday, for a short visit that lasted for several hours, where he was received and bid farewell by Prince Muhammad bin Salman at King Abdulaziz International Airport.
