Natural disaster tornado on the east coast United States of America (US) resulted in dozens of deaths. Since the beginning of the tornado rampage until now, the number of victims continues to grow.
Reported by AFP, tornadoes and hurricanes destroyed several central US states. Friday (31/3), tornadoes swept across Arkansas including the capital city of Little Rock. There were five people killed by the tornado here.
Then on Sunday (2/4) yesterday, the death toll continued to increase to 24 people due to hurricanes and tornadoes related to the incident. The city of Wynne in the northeastern part of the state of Arkansas is split in two.
Reported by Reuters, Monday (3/4/2023), the death toll has risen again to 32 people. The Memphis Police Department announced that two children and an adult were found dead in the city of Memphis, Tennessee, Saturday (1/4) after strong winds brought by a strong storm uprooted trees and hit a number of homes.
In McNairy County, which still exists in the state of Tennessee, local authorities reported two other people were found dead. McNairy County authorities previously reported seven deaths on Saturday (1/4).
