We are looking for our future business manager (F/M) specialized in Building for our Ile de France agency (94).
You ensure all the realization of the business relating to your field: restoration of external facade envelopes, repair of degraded concrete, reinforcement of reinforced concrete structure, cleaning, restoration, treatment of cracks, coating paint… In your mission, you are accompanied by experts from the rope work.
Your missions
After a period of training in our methods and our tools, YOUR ROLE will be to develop the commercial activity of the agency:
- You sustain the company’s customer portfolio by ensuring the overall management of business from design to the production of quotes
- You ensure the commercial follow-up with the Company’s customers
- You are responsible for the technical, financial and budgetary studies of the business files in the response phase or in the exploitation phase
- You organize the transfer of files to the work teams
- You plan your work independently in relation to the various actors of the company (general management, supervisory staff, site personnel, customers and suppliers, etc.)
Your profile
You are a graduate of higher education in building trades (BTS Building, DUT Civil Engineering, license and engineering school). Mastery of degraded concrete restoration and repair works holds no secrets for you!
Your personality will be a key factor in our selection: excellent interpersonal skills, sense of commitment, ability to negotiate, commercial impact and ambition will make the difference!
You have 4 years experience in a similar position.
We will train you to understand rope work thanks to our VERTICAL FORMATION training center.
You will join a dynamic team, with a sense of community and the desire to excel.
