Woman Handcuffed, Subjected to Repeated Rape and Beating on Bus in New York City

In New York, a man is accused of abducting, beating and raping a woman on a bus after putting handcuffs on her wrists and shackles on her legs, according to the police.

Isaac Alexander, 30, allegedly forced the victim into his mobile home last Monday, before assaulting him. He now faces charges of kidnapping, forcible confinement, sexual assault, assault with a weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon.

According to court documents, obtained by FOX 5 New York, the suspect made sure to tie up the victim’s arms and hands, in addition to covering her mouth to prevent her from screaming, while assaulting her.

The woman managed to escape after nine hours of ordeal, to walk to a police station a few blocks from where the mobile home was located.

The 30-year-old man appeared in court on Wednesday.

New York City law enforcement also found “suspicious items” in the suspect’s possession, including chemicals and a pipe bomb.

The police are still investigating the situation.
