Given that imports are quite popular, I chose a Volvo XC60 that is sold in the Netherlands. It’s a 2009 XC60 with 425,100 kilometers on it, according to the ad posted on AutoScout24.

The car I found for sale in the Netherlands is sold for the price of 5,950 euros. Being an early model, it shows its age by not being as technologically advanced as the models that came in later years. However, the car looks very good for the 425,100 km it has covered in its 14 years. The body is straight with no obvious dents or scratches and no signs of rust. The headlights are not yellowed and the plastic trim still looks good. The same can be said about the alloy wheels, which are not bent or dented.
And the interior is in good condition, from the pictures provided in the ad we can see that it is clean and that the elements are in place, which is very good for a car with such mileage. As I said, it doesn’t have the latest technology, but the design has remained pleasing to this day, and the interior materials are of good quality, as you would expect from a premium class car.
Under the hood is the 2.4-liter diesel engine that delivers 165 hp and 340 Nm. It is linked to a six-speed manual transmission. The car also has all-wheel drive. The 2.4-liter diesel engine from Volvo is a reliable, quite economical engine, but it comes at the price of a slightly higher tax, about 1,000 lei for a city like Bucharest.
